At Ramsons, we believe in Quality, Commitment and Care. Our engineers are experts in designing, manufacturing and executing turnkey projects for your laundry or dry cleaning needs for your institution (i.e. hotel, company, service plant, etc.). We ensure a streamlined fabric to garment manufacturing process which is tested and proven in the industry. The process of fabric to garment includes storage, fabric inspection, cutting, sewing, dry process (value added process), washing, finishing and packing.
At Ramsons, we work closely with our customers to learn their requirements and constraints (space and utilities) to design and dimension their laundry. We strongly believe that no two laundries are the same, and each of our designs is unique to that laundry.
All equipment supplied by Ramsons is installed by factory-trained service engineers. We work closely with the customer's projects and utilities team to ensure a seamless installation and handover. We don't just stop here. We work with our customer's operations team to ensure successful trials and that the customer is comfortable operating Ramsons equipment.
Some customers prefer more extensive training, and Ramsons is happy to cater to them. We regularly conduct training programs for our customers at our premises. Training ranges from how to operate the machines to the basic maintenance schedule. For our garment customers, we conduct training on the various garment washing and dyeing programs. We can also audit customers’ facilities to help them reduce operational costs vis a vis saving in energy, chemicals and water.
All Ramsons machines come standard with a 1 year warranty against all manufacturing defects. If there is any issue, simply get in touch with us and we will send our engineer to rectify the problem.
Ramsons operates India’s largest after sales network in the commercial laundry sector. It is our endeavor to be as close to our clients and to ensure maximum up-time of our customer’s equipment. We have over 20 service centers in key locations across India, Sri Lanka & Bangladesh and each service center is equipped with trained technicians and an inventory of spare parts commonly required by our clients.
Ramsons further increases the operating life of equipment supplied by providing genuine spare parts. Most of our offices stock fast-moving spare parts, which ensure minimal downtime for your Ramsons machine.
