Sprinkler (Sprinkle Wash Machine)

This Machine has both outer and inner drums, made of tested stainless steel sheet 304 grade.
The variable speed is controlled by a Japanese inverter drive, with 6-32 rpm for washing and 70-83 rpm for pre extraction.
The machine has all safety interlocks like motor overload, door sensor to stop the drum rotation when sample port is opened.
The machine has a microprocessor based programmer to control different cycle of the washing steps like timing, temperature, dosing etc. It can store up-to 50 different programs which can have 50 steps in each.
The machine is supplied with efficient water flow meter to ensure exact quantity of water to be filled into the machine and is controlled by the PLC.
Fully automatic stainless steel dosing system controlled by PLC with SS pump.
Compact European design geared motor, reduced foot print, increased load capacity, lesser power consumption due to single reduction belt drive and easy maintenance.
The frame is shot blasted and painted with polyurethane coating, and the sides are covered with FRP molded panels which are maintenance free and ensure long life.
It comes with single manual chemical box.
The machine is provided with hydraulic operated tilting for easy unloading.
A large opening door with a sampling door is provided.
