PP Spray Booth

• Ramsons Spray booth machines are manufactured with fully Stainless Steel in construction.
• This machine has vertical mannequins with water curtains, and a recycled water pump inside the chamber has buffers to separate the moisture and air to ensure contaminated water is not carried by the air.
• Air blowing to maintain the mannequins are hand operated and controllable.
• Ramsons Spray booth comes with a high exhaust system that can be placed on the top or behind the spray booth. The high exhaust is essential for compliance as the fumes should not be inhaled by the operator.
• The mannequin itself has the properties of manual reversing, flexing legs, air exhaust valves and so on.
• There is an exhaust system which ensures that all spray/resin is immediately exhausted after hitting the water curtain so that the working area is fresh.
