Ozone Machine

This Ozonator is supplied with a complete safety device like Ozone concentration monitor, Oxygen concentrator, leak sensor & Ozone Analyzer. The machine is controlled by a PLC which can be programmed as per the process requirement. Any leakage of ozone during the process will be immediately detected by the leak sensor, and an alarm is signalled.

After the process is completed, the left-out ozone is passed through an ozone destructor. Ramsons machine has a unique dual destructor arrangement. It has both thermal and catalytic destructors. The Ozone is passed through a lint filter and then to the thermal (Steam) heating chamber where it is heated. Then, it is passed into an ozone catalytic chamber, which absorbs the ozone and releases oxygen.  This system will ensure the complete destruction of ozone & oxygen is released into the atmosphere.

• The drum has an airtight sealing mechanism for the door and all inlet and exhaust vents to prevent any leakages of ozone.
